The perfect vegan snicker pie by Living the Green life

I just recently discovered the most amazing vegan pie in the world: A vegan snickers pie. 
I have made it for work several times now and one time for friends and everybody seems to love it as much as I do. A true gem. 

INGREDIENTS
FIRST LAYER: YUMMY OATS

  • 10 soft dates
  • 75 gram walnotes
  • 75 gram oats
  • 2 spoons of coconut oil

SECOND LAYER: COCONUT DELIGHT

  • 90 gram coconut grind
  • 2 spoons of coconut oil
  • 50 gram cashew nuts

THIRD LAYER: CARAMEL NUTTINESS

  • 50 gram almonds
  • 2 spoons of coconut oil or water
  • 2 spoons peanut butter
  • 10 soft dates
  • Handje pinda's

CHOCOLAT TOPPING

  • 250 gram of (vegan) chocolate

PREPARATIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the first layer in a food processer and mix until you get a sticky, reasonably smooth mix. Line a tray with baking paper, and push the mixture down on the tray evenly. Then put the pie in the fridge. 
  2. The mix all the ingredients of the second layer in the processor until you get a sticky and smooth mix. Apply the layer on top of the first layer and put the tray back in the fridge. 
  3. For the third layer it's important that the dates are soft enough, so the mixture can get smooth enough. Mix all the ingredients for at least 4 minutes, until everything is smooth. Then decorate the layer with small pieces of cut up peanuts. Put the pie in the freezer for half an hour. 
  4. Finish the pie by a chocolate layer. Melt the chocolate (au bain marie or microwave) and put it over the third layer. Decorate it if you want and if not, just put it in the fridge for half an hour. After that it's ready to serve!
